The marine craft license & certificates validity shall remain same as on the original license.
Issuing a replacement to the marine craft license or any of its certificate will be processed through one stage:

Customer shall pay the applicable fees through online payment Gate-way available at DMCA smart applications.
The process of issuing a replacement of a lost or damaged marine craft license or certificate will be processed within one working day from the application receiving time.
Service Limitation
The service will be provided in case the original Marine Craft license /registration Certificate / Safe manning Certificate were already printed at previous application. In case the original documents were not printed the replacement application will be rejected and the customer should contact the contact centre and request to print the original documents with additional fees.
All our customers’ inquiries shall be handled at the same time, or within a period that does not exceed (48) hours in case the request is needed to be addressed to another division.
