2. Filling visa application form
3. 4 coloured photographs with white background.
4. Copy of employee’s passport valid for not less than (3) months.
5. Copy of valid Emirates ID card.
6. NOC from sponsor.
7. Copy of passport, residence visa and Emirates ID for current sponsor valid for not less than 6 months.
8. Three copies of employment contract signed by the employee and an authorised individual in the company/ form
