Required Documents:

1- Filling the marine crew licensing application form.

2- Original Emirates ID card and passport copy for UAE nationals, or original Emirates ID card and copy   of passport and valid residence visa for expatriates.

3- Original copy of driving license/ marine permit in case of damage.

4- Original copy of Dubai Police General Headquarters report of loss of driving license/ marine permit.
