Stages of Visit Visa Issuance
After completing all requirements, visit visa issuance is conducted in one single stage as follows:
Required Documents:
After completing all required documents, visit visa will be issued by GDRFAD and e-copy will be given to the establishment/company, so the visitor can enter the country. The establishment/company shall notify DMCA of entry and departure dates, and provide copy of exit stamp issued by GDRFAD – airport.
Visit Visa Cancellation
Establishments/companies may apply for visit visa cancellation if the visitor is unable to enter UAE.

Payment can be made in cash to the Customer Service Centers of Dubai Maritime City Authority or through portal electronic payment gateway.

The service is not available during official holidays determined by the country.
Processing time varies depending on the procedure and type of submitted application.
All our customers’ inquiries shall be handled at the same time, or within a period that does not exceed (48) hours in case the request is needed to be addressed to another division.
